I’m thinking about purchasing Jupiter Jack for Xmas presents. Has anyone used it and how well does it work?

It works fairly well for a $20 dollar hands free alternative. Of course, it will not outperform the higher end hands free systems but as mentioned earlier, what can you expect for $20.
Remember those adapters you use to buy to plug into your "Discman" so it would play your cds on the car radio. The quality is the same as it runs on the same principle. I would highly suggest that you advise your friends and family to set a preset on their radio so that when they get a call they can just push the preset button and automatically go to the correct radio frequency on their radio(99.3 FM) instead of having to take their focus off the road and trying to find the correct station.
