  1. So far not off to a good start!!! First I tried to order the jack through the website. After I entered all my credit card and mailing info I hit the order button and presto, nothing…, the page cleared my info and nothing ! Nothing like having all my info out there in nowhere land?!?! I then tried to call the customer care line, not once but three times, I got disconected after going through the prompts and waiting on hold. Looks like it might have been a good product but I’ll be dammed if Im putting my info on their site again!

  2. I have had the device for two weeks now. I am NOT impressed. I have tried both FM setting and I get more static that it is worth. Great commercial but doesn’t really work that well. Just another rip off.

  3. I just bought a Jupiter jack for my older Nokia phone, It doesn’t work. Also I only ordered one and got 2. and there is no way I have found to contact them so that I can return it and get my money back. You have 30 days and they only have a address to mail to nothing else.

    If any one know what number to contact them please let me know.

  4. I’ve just purchased a Jupiter Jack, and tried to set i up with my Sanyo Katanya SCP 660 cell phone, but have run into a problem that I can’t seem to resolve using the suggested/supplied Website.

    The problem: neither the unit, nor any of the supplied adapters fits my phone’s headset jack, and the Website says that my phone doen’t NEED a different adapter, because “the unit comes with a 2.5mm adapter”.

    Needless to say, this is not any help at all, since none of the supplied adapters fits, as stated above.

    I’ve gone onto Sanyo’s website also, but they’re no help either.

    Anyone have any ideas?

  6. We wish to return our 2 units. They just do not fit safely for good operation on our autos. How do we accomplish this?

  7. I have a LG model # VX8360 cell phone. When I purchased the Jupiter Jack the 2.5mm universal headphone jack slides into the phone (New Phone) but slides right back out. If I hold it in, it works fine. I thought I needed an adapter so I went to your website to order one. After putting in the info pertaining to the cell phone the reply said, “No Adapter Required”. I went to Verizon and they checked out the phone and it checked out fine. Is it suppose to be loose? Thanks

  11. THIS REVIEW ON JUPITER JACK IS ONLY ONE EXAMPLE. MY HUSBAND IS A TRUCK DRIVER AND I GOT IT FOR HIM FOR CHRISTMAS. WHEN HE GOT IN HIS TRUCK HE HOOKED IT UP, TUNED IN ON THE RADIO STATION AND CALLED ME. IT WAS TERRIBLE. HE CALLED A BUNCH OF PEOPLE AND IT WAS TERRIBLE. WHEN HE WAS OUTSIDE OF L.A. AROUND ARIZONA AND NEVADA IT WAS A LITTLE BETTER BUT YOU STILL HAD TO YELL TO EVEN TALK AND IT PICKS UP ALL THE NOISE FROM THE TRUCK. I DISAGREE WITH THE GUY ON THE OTHER END OF THE PHONE THAT SAYS ITS BETTER THEN THE BLUE TOOTH. MY HUSBANDS BLUE PARROT BLUETOOTH MADE ESPECIALLY WITH TRUCKERS IN MIND IS WONDERFUL!!!

  12. I recently purchased your product and feel it is a good investment. However, none of the adapters supplied work with my phone, a Motorola -Motorazer V9m. Your documentation directs me to http://www.jupiterJackHelp.com but that website address does not work. I was unable to open it no matter what I did.
    Obviously I need an adapter that you did not supply. Can you help me with my problem?

  13. Jupiter Jack is nice but we ordered in Nov. and paid I repeat already paid them. We still have not received the dashboard mounts. I call and keep getting “we will send when we get some” brush off. I have called three times and no answer , ever.

  15. the product you sold me,bought at walmart works when I hold my cell phone in the middle of my truck,I have to almost touch the ceiling and twist phone back and forth and up and down for it to work.WOW the guide said its hands free so I can safely talk on phone while driving but i have to use both hands on phone and steer with my knees to make your product work, that sucks I want my money back but after reading the comments from other buyers I dont think i will get my money back.
